Windows 10 issues - Microsoft Community


i have asus laptop  that came windows 10 pre installed ,  yesterday using computer , froze, tried restart except when did wouldn't boot, said scanning drive "c" , automatically fixing drive errors , after 15-20 minutes or says windows had issue booting, , sometimes goes black screen curse, how fix without losing data on pc????

sounds possible hardware fault.

you should contact asus getting fixed.

to retrieve documents on laptop, you'll need take out drive in laptop , connect computer. if isn't able you'll need hire you.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
