Windows 10 update mid June - Microsoft Community


pc has installed update on 10/16/17 , took longer normal.  when came "let's started" clicked continue , screen went black.  it has stayed of time, showing desk top image no folders , no items in task bar.

i can reboot same thing (black screen or pic no icons) , nothing else.

when power on, not recognize key board me try , start in safe mode.  key board not come on until after goes sign on screen prompts me windows password.

any ideas can do?

hi,

black screen caused old or corrupted drivers of time. usually, black screen provides error message. if you're getting during windows update installation, send screenshot. can try install , update drivers on computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
