Windows only works in safe mode - Microsoft Community


recently, out of no where, windows 10 computer not function in normal boot after 30 seconds. have tried doing clean boot. have disabled in start up. etc. nothing works. can not click on anything. mouse cursor show arrow, once click anything, shows circle. if in safe mode, things work fine. @ loss can do.

since you've mentioned computer working fine when perform clean boot, suggest check program or service causing issue. can follow steps on how on bottom part of article.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
