A comand prompt window, i did not open, will open then close as I open - Microsoft Community


this has started last 5 days, when playing game on steam or surfing interwebs, notice small command promt(that behind current window), close right after close window on.

i have ran hitman pro(paid)  scan.

microsoft msert

malwarebytes

all have shown clean.

is known issue. (my search failed find issue)

what should next steps?

a microsoft employee posted yesterday:

this issue fixed starting build 16.0.8201.2025 available latest update participating in office insiders slow program. included in future update not participating in insiders.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
