All my personal files i.e. Pictures and Videos are inaccessible after - Microsoft Community


hi guys,

i using windows 10 , couple of days back, when logged pc, gave me message not log account , hence unable access personal pictures , videos.

it suggested if sign out , sign in again, issue may resolved, no amount of signing out , signing in again resolved issue.

an frustrated because windows working fine before update , did not need update.

please me resolve issue because have more 5 years of memories in pics , videos.

we know how important access back, need know few things in order provide relevant solution:

  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • what exact error message got when try login pc?
  • can provide screenshot of problem or error message?
  • are still able access other things on pc? having issues accessing photos , videos?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
