Can't log into Computer - Microsoft Community


trying brother not computer literate.  he lives 6 hrs me.  he bought refurbished hp 8200 computer windows 10 wal-mart.  got home,  set , seemed work.   shut down , gets screen asking username , password.  when types in won't accept it.      how can around log in screen can use computer?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
