I want to unblock and extention - Microsoft Community


i trying bring documents on windows vista via email download to win 10 using chrome.  when opened the email got pop saying "unidentified blah, blah, blah" trying open in computer , gave me accept or deny option.  since didn't , never ever says where coming didn't know opening ".exe" denied it. 

can open same .exe email using microsoft edge or mozilla firefox?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
