Laptop keep turning off - Microsoft Community


i just got brand new hp envy x360 m6 convertible yesterday , every time switch stand mode notebook mode, laptop turns off. actual problem or because of kind of setting allows happen; how can fix this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
