Task bar auto-hide & notification issue - Microsoft Community


my task bar set hide. if skype notification , check skype on device, highlight on task bar goes away task bar stays visible , no longer auto hide. have reset windows explorer in order task bar function correctly. there way permanently fix this?

hi,

the auto-hide, which 1 of features in taskbar great option have space on desktop. become visible set auto-hide if there's application on system tray that needs attention.

to resolve concern, suggest click little arrow @ left side of system tray , check if there's notification application need see. click or right-click on app , taskbar should hide again.

you can diminish issue dragging icons apps call attention down main area of system tray can see them instantly.

let know if suggestion works you.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
