one day making youtube video video , froze emergency shut down. next day log in , says cant sigh in account sighs me temporary account

plz help

hi,

have tried system restore?

when click on power button given option update , restart? if yes, select option , let wait windows complete process. see if helps.

log out , go sign in screen.

hold down shift key on keyboard while clicking power button on screen.

continue hold down shift key while clicking restart.

continue hold down shift key until advanced recovery options menu appears.

click troubleshoot

click advanced options

click startup settings

click restart

choose enable safe mode networking

wait while windows 10 starts in safe mode. 

log in.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
