Windows 10 1703 issues - Microsoft Community


hi

i have upgraded windows 10 version 1607 1703. after facing few issues, 1. no power option in start menu 2. active directory users , computers option missing administrative tools.

may access safe mode in windows recovery environment making computer think startup failing. windows recovery environment (winre) recovery environment can repair common causes of unbootable operating systems. so, follow steps below:

  1. turn on computer.
  2. when see loading dots, turn off computer.
  3. repeat steps 1 , two. 3 times enough computer think having issues startup.
  4. once computer boots third time, see loading dots on screen , message preparing automatic repair.
  5. afterwards, pc may turn blank show diagnosing pc.
  6. it ask restart device or proceed advanced options. choose advance options.

once you're in windows recovery environment, may go troubleshoot > advanced options > startup settings to access safe mode.

let know if issue persists while in safe mode.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
