Windows 10 Creator. Most options when right-clicking Start menu - Microsoft Community


i upgraded windows 10 creator update.

now if right click on start menu, of options work. many not.

the ones don't work are

mobility center

event viewer

device manager

disk management

computer management

windows powershell

task manager

file explorer

also right clicking on files , trying choose run administrator doesn't work. 

the programs work. example, if start typing name , choose them options show up, run, it's start menu that's broken.

i've tried various suggestions fixing start menu problems, none has made difference.

have done hard restart?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
