Windows 10 Freezing (but can move my mouse) - Microsoft Community


hello, need wit problem i'm having since 1 month ago.

my windows 10 freezing @ random times, doing random things (sometimes freezes when i'm afk, i.e, doing nothing @ computer). can still move mouse, nothing else seems work. can't click anything, can't open via keyboard, etc.

the "solution" turn off power.

can out there me out this? happening lot lately, 3~4 days per day, , i'm starting pissed.

try uninstalling , reinstalling display drivers. think since happened me also

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
