Windows 10, have basic taskbar which does not work. Rest of the screen - Microsoft Community


stopped windows explorer (in task manager screen) while following directions try , fix taskbar. have basic, unresponsive task bar , black, blamk screen. yikes. please help.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
