windows 10, reset and following MBR error 1 - Microsoft Community


hello,

i have strange problem windows 10 on ma laptop.

normally laptop running 24 hours per day.

sometimes freezes , hangs on reboot message mbr error 1.

if turn laptop off , power on starts normally.

after few days of running same problem occurs.

the laptop not running hot (temps normal 40-50 degrees celsius) , drivers date. in fact occurs months more laptop runs on week without problem.

the install clean windows 10 pro install usb. running current official release (no previews).

laptop asus rog-gl752vw, i7 6700hq, 16gb ram, intel graphic default gpu used.

if problem not go away might try reset have lot of programs don't want lose @ moment.

any suggestions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
