Windows 10 shuts down while playing videos for about 20 minutes - Microsoft Community


this problem started month ago. windows hard shut down after playing videos more 20 minutes. matter video format or whether playing saved file on pc or streaming.

i have amd a8 6410 processor integrated amd radeon r5 graphics card

i have run malware , virus scans , found nothing.

i have updated adobe.
have updated java.

i have updated video driver.

any suggestions next steps?

since there no errors in event viewer, may shutting down because of inactivity. should check power & sleep settings of pc , ensure it's not set sleep after 20 minutes of idleness. instructions, click here , refer change display , power settings drop-down.

lastly, please ensure display drivers updated.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
