Windows 10 sudden breakdown of all systems (java, system 32, - Microsoft Community


i started pc today sudden realisation nothing working, upon startup, updates programs fail, due "procedure call fail" when trying open command or windows start button slow, takes 10 mins start. programs wont open error "the stub received bad data" listed under system 32.

i cannot updated definitions of antivirus, due "connection error" makes no sense since writing on computer effected , able connect internet.

netflix randomly shuts down every 5 mins.

steam dosent attempt start

nvidia geeforce experience unable connect

windows defender quick search turns nothing.

urgent need of help

does know whats going on? ive tried run few cmds scan pc refuse start

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
