Windows animations become choppy over time in Creators Update - Microsoft Community


hi,

i noticed since upgrading 15063 after became available in slow ring (i've since opted out stable branch) animations in start menu, notifications panel, battery "popup" degrade in performance on time , become choppy. happens on sleep/wake cycle , takes couple of hours in active session. hoping known issue , addressed on april 11th official creators update release patch unfortunately i'm having same issues in latest build. never had these issues in 1511 , 1607 releases.

at same time don't see issues framerate of win32, uwp apps , games. seems related windows ui.

i'm using laptop switchable graphics (intel/amd). drivers installed latest available oem. workaround reboot that's not solution :)

anybody else experiencing problem? maybe there's workaround this?

since still having issues windows animations after updating laptop latest build, suggest submit query using feedback hub. consider suggestions , comments provided our users. these queries being collated, reviewed, , can considered future updates.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
