Wndows 10 shows Disk usage - 100% and hangs - Microsoft Community


i own lenovo z51 laptop windows 10 license installed. working fine year. since last 2 months facing strange issue, in system freezes when right click on windows explorer.

issue : 

1. start / restart machine.

2. start task manager (start + r --> taskmgr). check disk usage --   shows 100%.

 here have booted system , app running task manager. still system specifies disk has been used. both drives on pc more 60% empty.

 if wait half hour, disk usage comes down 50%, if right click on windows explorer, again trouble starts. disk usage - 100%  and screen freezes. 

nowadays afraid right click check folder details/permissions. don't know when system frozen on clicking.   

system config - 
ram - 8gb

processor - intel core i5 (3rd gen)

hdd - 1tb

request - please find solution issue , provide update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
