3 icons (Explorer, IE and Outlook) pinned to taskbar and - Microsoft Community


i using windows 10 enterprise.

i have 3 icons pinned on taskbar stuck: explorer, ie , outlook 2013. have tried delete them , not go away. right clicking on each icon , choosing unpin not work. icon gets removed , after 1 minute comes back. going folder: c:\users\[userid]\appdata\roaming\microsoft\internet explorer\quick launch\user pinned\taskbar , deleting icons there not work, because after delete these 3 shortcut files regenerated after few minutes of time. have tried various registry settings , nothing works. icons keep getting regenerated back.

need urgent help. driving me crazy.

hi eli,

to troubleshoot issue, suggest running sfc scan check corrupted files might causing issue. after running scan, may try unpin icons again , check if same issue persist. run sfc scan, please click on link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
