Cannot Login to New User Accounts in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


i can create account admin account when try login account says

"user profile service service failed log in user profile cannot loaded"

i have contacted microsoft support , cant resolve it.

there few reasons why windows 10 cannot load new user account. better understand situation, kindly answer following questions below:

  • does error occurs on specific user account or new user accounts?
  • what troubleshooting steps have performed far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
