Desktop and taskbars problems - Microsoft Community


for unknow reason we have 2 taskbars , 2 desktops on same screen.  on one taskbar  the taskbar's icons visible not clickable.  one set on icons belonging 1 desktop visible not clickable cant move them around screen , have no control on them.  second taskbar visible , clickable. second set of icon belonging second desktop , clickable, movable etc...

to make easier run computer , avoid have 2 taskbars 1 on have move 1 on top of screen. second taskbars remains @ bottom. cant nothing it. 

what can remove 1 of 2 environnement?

to better assist concern, ask few questions:

  • have checked settings under taskbar?
  • were there changes made on computer hardware or software updates?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
