how do I get rid of pop upwindow? - Microsoft Community


favor anyone....

i have looked everywhere , tried everything, cannot seem annoying pop go away every time log in. 

can me rid of please?...

this caused process loading when windows starts , can hard find, there small free utility can download technet - autoruns

this more in depth application show every process starting windows

the utility not need installing, downloads in zip file (about 1.4mb), unextract it

then right click autoruns64.exe or autoruns.exe (depending on whether system 64bit or 32bit) , choose 'run administrator'

somewhere in long list of autorun items should find offending process trying load ccavinstaller.vbs file, when find it, uncheck . . .

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
