Lockscreen will not show Windows spotlight pictures - Microsoft Community


after recent update, computer no longer shows windows spotlight pictures.  highlighted items there, no picture.  in personalization, shows preview, when @ actual screen, no picture.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
