Reboot causes desktop icons to align left - auto align is off, grid - Microsoft Community


help, ever since latest update windows 10 every time there reboot desktop icons align left , computer shuts off.  microsoft has done?  can old settings?

after full windows 10 fresh re-installation microsoft's help, (it took 12 hours this, talked several techs more helpful, appreciated), think problem resolved.

the problem corrupted windows 10 system partition kept finding errors causing complete shutdown , upon reboot , check disk errors, (which never found), of desktop icons shifted left each time occurred.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
