Strange message. - Microsoft Community


on starting pc lately, receive message (below) in little box in middle of screen.  

program or feature "\??\c:progra~2\common~1\wincy\productupdt.exe"   cannot start or run due incompatibility 64-bit versions of windows.

anybody got idea about?  i don't think it's serious, it's i'd prefer not see when start pc.

vincent not delete email account unrelated issue

possible way search out source of issue delete folder (depending on 1 exists)

c:\program files\common files\wincy

or

c:\program files (x86)\common files\wincy

make sure goes recycle bin, can put back.

then reboot system , either no message or message, application causing this

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
