Tooltip won't disappear even after reboot. - Microsoft Community


"minimize" tooltip stuck on desktop, above other windows, , won't go away after reboot. how 1 rid of such thing besides re-installing windows?

culprit office teams desktop app. somehow 'mimimize' tooltip got stuck on desktop, , everytime app opened (i.e. after reboot) tooltip show again. randomly killing tasks, , after killing teams app, tooltip disappeared.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
