unable to log in to Windows 10 administrator account - Microsoft Community


i'm running windows 10 on desktop computer.  established new administrator account (new admin) , changed normal user account standard account.  now, can't log in new administrator account i'm unable make changes computer (e.g., installing new software).  when type in password administrator account, receive error indicating "user profile service service failed sign-in.  user profile cannot loaded."  suggestions?

occasionally, windows might not read user profile correctly such if antivirus software scanning computer while try log on. isolate concern, may refer link. check , follow steps provided arul_d posted on february 11, 2016.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
