hello everyone, have windows 10 gaming pc, , experiencing happen sometimes. can explain is?

sometimes when hover on application on desktop, purple background appears behind it. when click , drag select area on desktop, area becomes purple well.

can explain it? 

i know how it.

i right click on top-left part of monitor , press space bar multiple times. activates it. same turn off. type of accessibility thingy?

i know is.

never heard of that.  i'd start going on windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist - microsoft community makes sure install set correctly, optimized best performance, , needed repairs done. 

pay close attention display driver in device manager, comparing latest download on pc or device's support downloads webpage.  updating driver. - microsoft community

if nothing else helps i'd try different monitor see if repeats.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
