window hang due to hdiden apps after laptop shut down and battery - Microsoft Community


dear sir,

i shashank, sir purchased laptop 1 month ago of of dell inspiron , window 10 install in system when work on laptop , after doing work shut down laptop if further or next time open laptop not open because per dell technician apps works in background never show in close recommend me after shut down laptop don't close laptop 5 7 minute closing yesterday process did not me please advice me  this dell laptop seller is correct or not , if correct please tell me why , can safe laptop , operating system please reply me disappointed. time loosed product

* when turn laptop on, see? black screen or gives error message?
* if getting error message, please post can provide accurate troubleshooting suggestion.
* have consulted dell support team battery issue of laptop?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
