Windows 10 crash/freeze 2-3 times a day + sound loop - Microsoft Community


hey guys, month ago pc started freeze annoying sound loop. crashes every 2-3 hours or so. tried driver verifier after trying suggestion of first 20 google pages. :s

well "event viewer" will/woulg specific details,simply locate event/warning,r.click on it/properties.

also,verifier  tech utility,google isn't youre way go,try microsoft/technet

either way,verifier deals hardware/drivers,if os crashes,verifier isn't going help..one can

start os repair if event viewer didn't help,simply locate & r.click on cmd,run administrator.in cmd,type:

sfc /scannow   runs auto,once thru,type:  chkdsk c: /f  agree restart,type: exit  restart pc

in chkdsk  (runs on restart),at final data page,look "bad sectors" if amount shown,then pc hd

is failing,replace current new one.....also,how/why 1 drive associated win os settings/defaults.....

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
