windows 10 type backward and other cursor issues - Microsoft Community

i have series of typing problems laptop.

1. backward typing. cursor moves left , leaves me typing like:  .doog si elppa

2. select words , freeze right there.  cursor selects words , refuses deselect it. delete / enter / space /backward key useless @ point, have use mouse or touchpad click on elsewhere cursor out of it. 

3. copy paste words.  after coping something, gets pasted on anywhere lay cursor on until restart laptop. 

4. cursor jumping around

5. , after above happen while, laptop crush. 

solutions i've tried far.

1. click , unclick "hide pointer when typing" box in control panel -->nothing changes.

2. virus scan --> found nothing.

3. reinstalled keyboard, touch-pad, drawing pad , mouse driver -->  nothing changes.

4. trouble shoot windows update/ hardware etc. -->complete, yet problems remain
5. safe mode scan  -->complete, yet problems remain

6. sfc scan  --> failed .could not perform requested operation.

7. reset / refresh /restore window 10. --> can't complete. failed reset pc ~ no changes made

8. creation media tool reinstall -->  error occur. error code 0x80070002 - 0xa0019 

help, desperate here. laptop 10 month old acer aspire e13 windows 10, 64bit.

i had same issue last year , issue user profile corrupted. create new user profile , try it.
