windows 10 upgrades cause static on screen; how to fix? - Microsoft Community


it seems every time there fix computer (windows 10 etc), static on screen.   after turning on , off few times and/or changing controls on monitor; eventually, can clear up; but, there must better way.

likely issue related display driver. have checked manufacturers website computer video driver or chipset driver updates?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
