windows not starting after deleting Windows old file - Microsoft Community


hi, 

i running out of space in drive c tried delete windows old files c cleaner. after trying restart computer stuck after toshiba. dots trying catch each other. 

so created bootable drive , tried repair using startup repairs , system recovery no luck. screen goes black or automatically turn off.

i don't want format drive or reset it. 

any suggestion?

reason you're experiencing might due action you've made old windows files.

since you've mentioned tried using bootable drive , still getting same result, let's use media creation tool time restore pc.

having said that, can refer selection entitled, "use installation media restore pc", link.

let know happens after above mentioned troubleshooting step.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
