Asus X550Z , "Preparing Automatic Repair" then blank screen - Microsoft Community


hello there,

so using x550z asus. using went off due low battery. few hours after switched on again without plugging in charger because forgot battery low halfway through startup went off. right after that, switched laptop on charger plugged in, went screen saying "preparing automatic repair" , right after shows blank screen. mouse cursor still move though. solution or towards problem appreciated?

please try again, you need perform hard shut down twice repair environment, alternatively if have windows 10 installation media, boot , select repair pc


Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
