hi mike,

if don’t have microsoft account , forgot local account password, you can’t recover it. instead, you’ll need reset computer. however, since able log in using pin, try of files for keep and perform reset computer.

let know if have other concerns.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
