My laptop crashed and now when logging in - using windows 10, it says - Microsoft Community


hi please please can help. laptop crashed , after while came on. went sign in -i use windows 10 , got on screen message, incorrect password try again or go site , reset password. password definately correct, went site using ipad, signed in , reset password. no problems whatsoever. went laptop, tried sign in using new password.... same message.. incorrect password!!!  ive tried again couple more times , still same message. have no problems accessingmy account via web browser on ipad. 

please please can help... have project 'locked' in lap top needs finished , handed in in couple of days.

isolate concern, may ask if you're using microsoft account log in laptop or local account?

if you're using local account, check on link reset windows 10 local account password.

let know if able access laptop.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....
