PC is offline - Microsoft Community


keep getting error message "your pc offline... use last password on machine"... truth cant remember password. have reset account password using phone still cant asscess pc...keep getting same error message. do?

it cannot use new password reset because isn't connecting internet receive it.  you'll need come password used, or need create windows 10 installation media boot into, method doesn't require password, reset windows 10 pc save files require reinstalling personal programs.  can this.  cannot crack password if don't know it, since dont' know are.

if reset doesn't work use booted media clean install windows 10  which compiles best possible install of windows 10 stay way long stick tools , methods given. 

to boot media create using tool provided in link, power pc while pressing bios boot menu key, choose uefi version of media if offered, browse second screen repair computer option access troubleshoot option reset, or install option reinstall.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....
