User Profile not accessible after Windows 10 upgrade - Microsoft Community


when home pc automatically installed windows 10, not find of documents or programs. received support microsoft--which provided me access system administrator. ms support person created default profile me.

when go settings: advanced system settings: system properties: user profiles can see spouse's user profile, user profile, , default profile.

how can spouse's user profile re-activated? not have access documents, pictures, etc. keeps business records on our home pc , need have access tax information.

can me. please??

to better understand issue, kindly verify following information:

  • with regards spouse's user profile, when said wanted "re-activated", not able sign in account @ all, or have limited access system files?
  • as system administrator of home pc, want give administrator privileges account well?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....
