Windows 10 always 100% disk usage. - Microsoft Community

one day ago have installed, on new pc , bought 2 days ago , windows 10 pro microsoft official page.

after finished installation realised pc using 100% disk usage in task manager , it's slowing pc, no 1 program open.

i tried install windows updates avaible , restart , still same problem persists. 

i tried re-install window 10 different usb initial one, , still have same problem.

i searched on internet lot of solutions:

disabling superfetch, windows search , bits ;

change virtual memory automatically "initial size - ram x mb; maximum size - ram 2x mb";

change storahci.sys's key located in regedit msisupported  from "1" "0".

after every change rebooted pc. 

> no 1 of these worked !

my device specifications: 

• laptop hp pavilion 15-aw001nq  
• processor: amd quad-core a10-9600p 2.4ghz (turbo boost 3.3ghz)
• ram: 4gb (ddr4)
• hdd: 1tb (5400 rotations per minute)
• video card: amd radeon™ r7 m440 4gb
• free dos

only antivirus installed on computer windows defender.

i need solve this, need use pc school !

you mentioned pc new , disk usage reduced when turned off wifi? doing scan/download/install windows updates - brand new pcs store aren't date. doing anti virus scan first time too.

i'd suggest leaving plugged in on night wifi turned on , letting it's thing, check in morning , should go. let me know how thing go.
