windows defender turned off , when open it, wants scan pc , after updated want updated , turned on again. after turning on dialogue appears again.

to better assist you, we'd know following:

  • did make changes prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

in meantime, can follow troubleshooting step provided on article: fix windows update errors.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
