Asking for recovery key - remember password - Microsoft Community


hi, 

i forgot password when using bitlocker i'm asked enter encryption key. reason encryption key didn't saved in microsoft account i'm sure of correct password. can go "first bitlocker menu screen" enter normal password? or forced reinstall factory settings? bought hp laptop in china bitlocker menu in chinese makes bit more complicated. see in image i'm stuck (the thing i'm covering id number , todays date, not sure how sensitive id number is). 

highly appreciate response. 

i solved force quiting pc. when restarted enter password. pheew. have solved differently though? 

i hope post can in future similar problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
