Can't sign into account - Microsoft Community


when tried sign in computer morning, got blue pop says: "we can't sign account. problem can fixed signing out of account , signing in. if don't sign out now, files create or changes make lost." have tried signing out , in , restarting device, continue same error.

any suggestions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
