Can't sign into my PC - Microsoft Community


have toshiba laptop running windows ten. have multiple accounts signed in on main account hasn't worked start. every time enter correct password says "you can not sign device right now. please go account.live.com fix problem or enter previous password". have changed password several times , still doesn't work. im not computer guy please me!

to better understand concern signing in on device, we'd know following:

  • if you're using pin code login credential.
  • the last activities performed on device prior concern.
  • if you've changed password prior concern.

in meantime, can check steps posted cliff_n on how restore or refresh computer on link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
