Cannot shutdown or restart the PC after creator updates - Microsoft Community


after creators update cannot shuftdown or restart pc. click on menu item "shut down" or type in command line "shutdown -t 00 -s", nothing happens. sleep option works. checked drivers , date. no relevant error message in logs. read , tried more dozen of forum suggestion, none of them helps or irrelevant.

you have mentioned attempted troubleshoot issue on end several steps, may know these troubleshooting steps have done? avoid duplicated effort on end.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
