How do I turn on the sync setting in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

have signed microsoft account page in settings accounts, email, sync, etc told me needed in order turn setting on.  i'm still signed microsoft account, still cannot turn these settings on.  i don't know else can do.

to microsoft account concern, kindly following:

1. you can log out , log in microsoft account.
2. you can use different browser.
3. you can create new microsoft account check if issue persists.
