Icons appears differently after Creator's update - Microsoft Community

i'm experiencing same issue cleanly installed windows 10 1703 (creators update). me appears user app icons yellow folder icons. appear either blank or random pictures icons. random pictures appear apps within start menu. nor rebuilding icon cache or sfc /scannow fixes issue. icons restore without restarting , restart restores icons. i'm yet try clean boot to determine if particular program causing issue. issue occurs since installed version 1703 (creators update.)

since have tried several troubleshooting steps , issue icons on start menu still same, can proceed start menu troubleshooter. can refer article , try troubleshooting steps included. third option try troubleshooter. click on link under option.

update on how goes can assist further.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
