sending notebook computer asus, manufacturer, warranty repair , want prevent from accessing outlook account. had give windows 10 sign in pin technician/s access windows, don't want able access outlook account. changed outlook password, seems can still access information entered last time logged in. i.e. addresses, phone numbers, etc. there way prevent this? (the computer stuck in bios, can't it). asus representative told me going have change motherboard.

when logging windows 10 computer, login microsoft account, therefore allowing asus access outlook account, etc. if provide them password. however, can create local account asus not able access microsoft account, including outlook.

1.) select windows key, choose settings icon, go accounts, go family , other people, , then add else pc. 

2.) enter username, password, , password hint new account. select next. 

3.) allow them administrator access.

4.) provide username , password asus.
