Paint background options - Microsoft Community


upgraded vista windows 10 & found unacceptable issue paint on windows 10.

my old paint let me select background off or on while capturing or pasting & i'm not seeing how new paint.... in fact not seeing how to view tool pallet - can give me tool pallet again?

i suggest send feedback feature of selecting background while capturing or pasting may added in future updates of paint app.

how send feedback in windows 10:

1. click on windows icon open start menu

2. select all apps.

3. windows feedback , click on launch app.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
