i have dell xps 702 has ssd c: drive , hybrid built in "d:" drive.  d: drive larger rigged install put of user accounts on d: drive leaving else is.  i've done before without issue.  time got cute , thought "why don't lock down d: drive bitlocker?" had had hack , being overly cautious.  problem when try log in the" user profile service service failed logon. user profile cannot loaded" error because sure os can't read user profiles encrypted on d:.  thought prevent having drive un-encrypt @ login.

how can log in under scenario , remove encryption d:?

hi matt,

it appears you're having problems logging in computer after encrypting (d:) drive. can try log in account starting computer in safe mode. if encryption reason hinders logging in, it's better remove it.

you might want check article regarding error message you've received. article under windows 7 might give ideas on how resolve issue.

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
